I used to be an occasional drinker but stopped after being pregnant with my son. Never tried alcohol drinks or rare wine since then, just healthy food and drinks that’s all. I am a breastfeeding for 26 months now and don’t want to take anything that may harm my milk. I became so paranoid that I do’t want to taste even the lowest content alcohol drink, well it won’t hurt if I wait Elijah to stop breastfeeding.

It can lower the risk of having kidney stones for wine drinking people than those who are not. A glass of wine a day cuts the risk of stroke but experts do not recommend individuals to start drinking to reduce the risk of heart attack because it will only cause negative impact on them. I am not so certain about drinking wine as an alternative to water.
Wine drinkers are said to have lower mortality rates and less chance of developing type 2 diabetes than beer drinkers. It is always best to consume wine while eating because it doesn’t have any negative impact on sugar level. Moderate consumption is the key to a healthy lifestyle and too much of something can be harmful.
